Lead Fractional is the first Fractional CxO community born in the Baltics, growing across Europe — for C-level fractional leaders who chose to work differently.
Members share experience, opportunities, and real talk — across Marketing, Sales, IT, HR, Product, Finance, Sustainability, and more.

We started with an idea: senior leaders who chose to work differently deserve a professional home that fits how they actually work.
Not a networking list. Not a platform.
A real community, across Europe and beyond.
If you want to lead with impact while keeping your freedom, Lead Fractional is your place to learn, connect, and move business forward. Here’s a quick overview of our upcoming meetups.

Who can become a member?
A fractional leader is not an interim specialist — they are an experienced professional who can join a business not as an executor, but as a strategic partner.
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience in your field.
- You have held leadership positions for at least 1 year (ideally at the C-level).
- You have made decisions that had a significant impact on business growth, profitability, or transformation.
The fractional model means that a person does not work full-time for a single company, but divides their time between multiple clients, providing strategic value tailored to each client’s goals.
- You currently work as an independent fractional leader.
- Or you are in the transition process: actively seeking first clients and building your fractional work model.
- You understand the difference between project-based and fractional work: the latter does not operate at task level but contributes to business direction and decision-making.
Lead Fractional community is not just about sharing clients or contact lists. It is for people who want to create a sustainable, ethical, and collaborative professional environment.
- You understand that the fractional model is based on trust, reputation, and high-quality standards.
- You value transparency and long-term relationships.
- You want to be part of the community not only for personal benefit but also to contribute to others’ success — through discussions, mentoring, and openly sharing challenges.
Good questions. Honest answers.
What is a fractional CxO?
A senior leader who runs a C-level function, like marketing, finance, sales, tech, HR, or other part-time. They take ownership and drive results without being a full-time employee. They usually work with a few companies at the same time, on a service provider contract, not an employment contract.
Who can join?
Senior leaders with 10+ years of experience and at least one year in a leadership role, whether you’re already fractional or just building your first clients. Every application is reviewed, and we have a short intro call before anyone joins.
What do I get for €499 a year?
Monthly lunches, live online Q&As and speed networking events with startups.
The member database, community feed and knowledge hub.
A course on fractional positioning, pricing and client acquisition.
Access to fractional opportunities shared within the community.
And yeah, the vibe no one can copy.
I’m not in Lithuania. Is it still worth it?
Yes. Members are in seven countries, from Denmark to Australia, and all community communication is in English. Online Q&As, the community feed, the member database and the course all work remotely, and you’re always welcome at a Vilnius lunch when you’re around.
Can I try it before joining?
Yes. Join one Vilnius lunch as a guest, no membership needed. Not in Lithuania? Book a call with Vilda or Greta instead. If it feels right, apply.
